That's right we are pregnant!! :-) We actually found out that we were expecting on our anniversary!
I have this thing for taking pregnancy tests (even if I don't think I'm pregnant). LOTS of pregnancy tests! :D Anyway I had decided the night before our anniversary that I would take a test in the morning. I really didn't think I was pregnant, but I thought that it would be fun to find out on our anniversary 'if' we were! So nonchalantly I went and took a test the next morning. We were trying to sleep in that morning, but ended up getting up early because our daughter woke us up. She was a bit fussy and cranky. Which in turn made my husband a little bit grumpy (as he was trying to sleep still). After I took the test I washed my face and freshened up a bit (I hate to watch the pregnancy test turn 'negative'). Then I glanced at the test... my thoughts went something like this 'WHAT, really!! Praise the Lord!! Dear Lord please protect this small one!' I was ecstatic! Simply bursting at the seams! I just couldn't wait to tell my husband! So I walked er skipped back in our bedroom, picked up our daughter, leaned over my sleepy husband (who was still trying to sleep, hehe), and whispered 'our family of 3 is about to become a family of 4!' He turned and looked at me with a now extremely happy smile saying 'REALLY?'!!! :-) And thus it begins! :D

Awww...how exciting! Congratulations to you! I have a "thing" for pregnancy tests, too. But I am unlike you in that I sit and stare at it as it's turning either positive or negative. I can't remember one time when I didn't watch the result happening. I just don't have the will power to put it down, walk away, and go back 2 minutes later! I have had the thrill of seeing a positive result 12 times!! Unfortunately, we lost a few early in pregnancy....but the rest are here! The Lord is so good to us. Children are His blessing, for sure.
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I am a new follower of yours :)
